System Reliability 
MRS hardware and software systems are designed specifically for the billing collection needs of healthcare professionals and have been stable, reliable and successful over the past 10 years.  During that time, our clients billing and collection processes have not suffered a single day of down time due to software or hardware failure.

MRS uses a client server system with Pentium class personal computer work stations all linked to a state of the art server (installed April 2000) to maximize processing speed and volume.  The system also incorporates full redundant capability for the server as well as an uninterruptable power supply.


System Integrity
All MRS billing and collection software systems are proprietary.  They were developed by MRS for use with its clients.  These systems have been continually enhanced and expanded over the last 10 years to incorporate most of the best ideas we have encountered.  Because our software systems are proprietary they can be modified at anytime to fit a particular client's needs.  This gives MRS a degree of flexibility and competitive advantage not enjoyed by most of our competitors who must rely upon third party software vendors for any changes. 

The entire system including all client data is backed up and stored off-site daily to provide maximum protection for clients' records.
